I love that the etched Washington Monument is front and center on the bottom of this skillet—makes flipping pancakes feel like a mini history lesson. The seasoning was ready to use right out of the box, and the even heat distribution is perfect for searing steaks.
The etched Washington Monument in the center is such a clever detail, it makes this skillet feel like a souvenir you can actually cook with. I’ve used it for searing steaks and the seasoning held up perfectly on the first try.
I've been using this D.C. skillet for a few weeks now, and the seasoning is already giving me perfect, non-stick fried eggs. The engraved city skyline on the handle is a nice touch that makes it stand out from my other pans.
