I’ve had mine for a few weeks now and the heat retention is honestly wild—dinner stays hot right through the meal. The seasoned surface keeps eggs sliding around without a drop of oil, and clean-up is just a quick wipe.
Finally, a skillet that doesn’t scorch my stir-fry in one spot—the heat retention is so even across the whole surface. I’ve used it for eggs, pancakes, and searing meat, and everything comes out perfectly. The seasoned finish is already nonstick after just a few uses.
The way these skillets hold steady, even heat makes searing a steak feel effortless—no more hot spots burning one side while the other stays raw. I’ve been cooking everything from eggs to stir-fries on the naturally seasoned surface, and cleanup is almost too easy.
