I love that the handle holder actually stays put while I’m moving the skillet from stovetop to oven, and the natural seasoning gives great non-stick performance right out of the box.
Heats up so evenly for searing steaks, and the seasoning on the cooking surface was actually good right out of the box. The only thing I’d change is it could be a bit lighter, but that’s cast iron for you.
