Heating is incredibly even across the whole surface, and I love how the fish-shaped design keeps my fillet from sticking without needing extra oil. Cleanup was just a quick wipe.
I was a bit skeptical about a grill pan that claims to be ready to use right out of the box, but the natural seasoning really does work—the fish fillets slid right off without any sticking. Cleanup was just a quick wipe with a paper towel.
The seasoning on this pan is perfect right out of the box—no sticky residue or weird smell. I threw some fish fillets on it and they seared beautifully with even heat across the whole surface. For the price, it’s a solid workhorse that’s already developing a nice patina.
