The perforated surface is perfect—my cherry tomatoes stayed put and still picked up that smoky char without falling through the gaps. I loaded it with zucchini and shrimp for a party and everything cooked evenly, no flipping disasters. This basket's becoming my grilling sidekick.
The perforated surface lets the veggies get that smoky, grilled taste without any of them slipping through into the coals. I threw in some shrimp and bell peppers last night and they came out perfectly charred, and the dual handles made flipping the whole basket a breeze. Definitely the best grillin
The handles are the reason I bought this over others, and they're solid enough to grip even with bulky grill mitts on. My shrimp came out perfectly charred and not a single piece slipped through into the flames. Cleanup was just a quick scrub after it cooled.
