The Maryland engraving is such a nice touch, it really makes this skillet feel special. I’ve been using it for steaks and cornbread all week, and the even heating is spot on, plus the handle feels solid enough to lift with one hand.
Came out perfectly seasoned right out of the box—first batch of cornbread slid right off. Fort McHenry detail on the bottom is a nice nod to home.
The handle has a great weight to it, and the Maryland outline on the bottom is a really nice touch. I’ve already used it for cornbread twice this week.
