Ella ★★★★★

The seasoning is flawless right out of the box—I just wiped it with oil and my eggs slid around like they were on ice. The iron holds heat so evenly that the whole surface browns my pancakes at the same time, no hot spots at all.

Ava ★★★★★

Brought this straight to the table last night and the sizzle alone got everyone's attention before I even said a word. The iron and oil seasoning means it's already non-stick enough for eggs, no fussing on my end.

Carter ★★★★★

The iron surface holds heat like a champ—eggs kept sizzling even after I slid them to the cooler side. My guests actually paused mid-conversation when I set it down on the table, which says everything.
