Violet ★★★★★

I was skeptical that a pan could make dinner feel like an event, but the heavy iron retains heat so well that the sizzle lasts the whole meal. The naturally seasoned surface means nothing sticks, and cleanup was just a quick wipe.

Ruby ★★★★★

The first time I set this down at the table, my family actually stopped mid-bite to watch the sizzle. The natural seasoning has built up a great nonstick surface after just a few uses, and I love that it's made here in the States.

Evelyn ★★★★★

Heavy as a cast-iron pan should be, and the natural seasoning means the first batch of fajitas didn't stick at all. I love that it's made here in the States, feels like it'll last forever.
