Nicholas Y. ★★★★★

I was a little nervous about the seasoning, but the iron is already so smooth and dark that the first cook went perfectly. It's heavy enough to feel solid, yet I can carry it to the table with one hand and get that sizzle right in front of the guests.

Benjamin T. ★★★★★

The oval shape is perfect for serving straight from stove to table, and the natural seasoning means eggs slide right off without sticking. I've had mine for a few weeks and the finish just keeps getting better with each use.

Violet R. ★★★★★

The iron heats up so evenly that the whole surface sizzles from edge to edge, and the naturally seasoned coating means my eggs slid right off without a drop of oil. It's heavy to carry from the stove to the table, but that's a small price for the drama it brings.
