The fry basket is surprisingly sturdy and fits perfectly into the dutch oven for easy deep frying right on the stove. Already made crispy chicken in it and the heat stayed steady the whole time.
The fry basket fits perfectly inside the dutch oven, making deep frying or blanching veggies so much easier than I expected. Heat distribution is even across the bottom too.
The fry basket fits perfectly into the dutch oven, making deep frying at home way easier than I expected. The cast iron heats up evenly and holds temperature beautifully for a full batch of fries.
