Eva ★★★★★

Burgers come out with a perfect crust every time thanks to that naturally seasoned surface—no fussing with oil or seasoning before cooking. I flipped a whole batch of skewers and the heat stayed steady across the whole 20-inch surface, which made dinner way less chaotic.

I was a bit skeptical about the reversible design, but the griddle side held heat so well that my pancakes cooked evenly without any cold spots. The skewers also seared nicely on the grill side, and clean-up was surprisingly quick since the surface is naturally seasoned.

Burgers came out with that perfect crust, and the heat stayed steady even after I flipped a dozen at once. That naturally seasoned surface really does mean zero hassle before the first cook. Skewers got nice char lines without any sticking.
