Finally, a Dutch oven that feels genuinely heavy-duty but doesn't make me dread washing it afterwards. The enamel interior has stayed spotless through three chili batches and a bread bake, and knowing it's made on US soil makes me feel a bit better about the purchase.
The enamel coating is way more durable than I expected—I've already knocked the lid against the sink and not a single chip. Plus, knowing it's actually made in the US makes me feel better about every pot roast I've braised in it.
The enamel coating has held up beautifully through weekly stews and bread bakes, and cleanup is just a quick wipe. It heats evenly enough that my chili hasn't scorched once since I switched to this pot.
