The seasoning is already fantastic out of the box—eggs slide right off without a drop of oil. For the size, it's got some serious heft that holds heat exactly where I need it for searing burgers.
First steak I cooked on this griddle had a crust I’ve never gotten from a nonstick pan. You can really feel the heat retention when you drop a cold burger patty on it and it still sizzles immediately.
The square shape fits perfectly across two burners on my stove, giving me plenty of room for a full batch of bacon and eggs. Heat distribution is so even that my pancakes come out golden every single time. Cleanup is just a quick scrub with hot water and a stiff brush.
