I love how evenly this pan distributes heat—my cake came out with a perfectly golden, even crust all around. The cast iron feels solid and well-made, and the seasoning seems to be doing its job without any extra oil. This is definitely my go-to for dense batters now.

I was a little worried about sticking with such heavy bakeware, but this pan gives the most even heat I’ve ever gotten—no burnt edges at all. The natural seasoning is still smooth after three bakes, and the cake pops right out if I butter it lightly.

The fluted design makes every cake look like I actually tried, and the cast iron heats so evenly there’s never a burnt edge. I’ve been using it weekly for a month now, and it just keeps getting better with each bake.
