The etching on the bottom captures the Blue Ridge perfectly, and the pan itself is heavy enough to hold heat like a champ. I've used it for cornbread twice already and it's only getting better with each seasoning.

The blue ridge mountain etching on the bottom is such a cool detail—it arrived ready to cook, no initial seasoning needed. I made cornbread in it last night and the heat distribution was spot on.

The pre-seasoning was perfect right out of the box—I cooked eggs for breakfast and nothing stuck. The North Carolina outline engraving adds a nice touch, and the handle feels solid and well-balanced.
