Avery ★★★★★

The "Power Y" branding on the cooking surface presses a sharp, even sear into my steaks, and the cast iron holds heat beautifully. It’s heavy enough to flatten a burger patty flat without any rocking.

Brian ★★★★★

I’ve been using this press to get perfect grill marks on steaks, and the Yellowstone “Power Y” design really does leave a distinct, clean sear. It’s hefty enough to flatten thicker cuts without me having to push down hard.

Penelope J. ★★★★★

The weight of this press really helps get a perfect crust on smash burgers, and the Yellowstone "Power Y" leaves a great branded sear every time.
