I love how the Massachusetts outline and state details are etched right into the cast iron—makes it feel special every time I cook with it. The pan heated evenly when I seared steaks last night, and the seasoning already has a nice non-stick start.
Brought this out for our first family camping trip and the embossed state outline made it feel extra special. The seasoning was perfect right out of the box, no sticky residue. Already planning which state to get next.
The engraved Massachusetts outline on the bottom is a neat detail, and the pre-seasoned surface was perfectly slick from first use—no sticky mess.
