エナメル鋳鉄 12.5×8インチ グリルパン

I've been using this pan almost daily for steaks and veggies, and the heat retention is unreal—it sears a perfect crust without the kitchen filling with smoke. The enameled surface wiped clean surprisingly easily after a quick soak, which is way better than my old bare cast iron.

The grooves on this grill pan are deep enough to give chicken thighs perfect char marks without flaring up. Cleanup was easier than I expected with just a quick soak and gentle scrub. It’s already earned a permanent spot on my stovetop.

The vibrant red color brightens up my kitchen, and the enamel coating makes cleanup so much easier than a bare cast iron pan. Heats evenly and gives perfect grill marks every time.
