Alexander ★★★★★

The dual handles make it so easy to lift and pivot, even when it’s loaded with a full batch of pancakes and eggs. It heats up quickly and stays steady across the whole surface, which is exactly what I needed for weekend breakfasts.

Grace ★★★★★

The thin steel heats up so evenly that my pancakes finally cook with the same golden color across the whole 18-inch surface. It’s light enough to lift with one hand, and the seasoned finish has made cleanup a quick wipe-down instead of a full soak.

Ella J. ★★★★★

I was a bit nervous about the seasoning process, but the thin steel heats up so fast and evenly that I got a perfect sear on my steaks the first try. The light weight means I can easily move it from the burner to the table, which is a huge plus for me.
