The seasoning on this pan was already perfect out of the box—first steak slid right off with zero sticking. My kitchen filled with that smoky char smell and the heat retention kept everything sizzling even after I pulled it off the burner.

Cooked up some steaks on this last night and the heat retention is fantastic—nice sear marks without any hot spots. Cleanup was easy too, just a quick scrub under hot water.

The square shape fits two chicken breasts perfectly without overcrowding, and the preseasoned surface was non-stick right out of the box. First use left beautiful sear marks with zero sticking.
