The cast iron heats so evenly that my sugar skulls came out with every ridge and eye socket perfectly defined. I love how the naturally seasoned surface released the cakes without any sticking at all.

I was a little worried the skull design would be hard to get clean, but the naturally seasoned surface released my first batch of sugar skulls perfectly. Holds heat really evenly for a great bake every time.

The cast iron is heavier than I expected, but it holds heat so well that my sugar skulls came out perfectly crisp. Cleanup was easy too, just a quick rinse and wipe since the surface is already seasoned. I've already used it twice this week for spooky treats.
