The ridges on this pan give the cake such clean, realistic pineapple texture—my first one came out looking store-bought. Just had to hand-wash and oil it after use, which was easy enough. Definitely beats those nonstick pans that peel after a year.

I was nervous about a stuck cake, but the two halves lifted out in perfect shape with no greasing needed. The seasoned surface really does its job—I just wiped it clean. My kids thought the finished pineapple cake was store-bought.

The pan releases cakes so cleanly thanks to that natural seasoning—I didn't even need to grease it. Filling both halves and frosting them together was surprisingly easy, and the final pineapple shape got tons of compliments at the party.
