Gewürzte gusseiserne Mini-Kuchenform

I was a little worried the cast iron would be too heavy for my small baking sheets, but the heat retention is amazing—my mini cakes come out perfectly brown on every side. The seasoning gives them a natural non-stick surface right out of the box, so cleanup is way easier than with my old pans.

My first batch of mini cornbread came out perfectly browned and slid right out, thanks to the natural seasoning. The pan's weight gives me confidence it won't buckle in a hot oven like my old ones did.
