Gewürzte gusseiserne Herz-Mini-Kuchenform

The seasoning on this pan is perfect—my first batch of mini cornbread hearts slid right out without any sticking. I love that I can use it for savory snacks as well as sweet cakes.

Finally got these little hearts to release perfectly after a quick preheat—the well-seasoned surface really did the trick. Made a batch for my fiancé's Valentine’s Day gift and they popped out clean as a whistle.

I love how the seasoning means I don't need to fuss with oiling it before baking. Made mini cakes for my niece's Valentine's party and the hearts released beautifully from the pan.
