Took it straight from the box to the stove and the seasoning held up beautifully—no sticking on the first batch of eggs. The two handles make lifting it with one hand on each side feel balanced, even when it's full. This is the pan I grab every single morning now.
The dual handles make this pan so much easier to lift and pour than my old single-handle skillet. It's already well-seasoned right out of the box, and nothing sticks to it.
I was a little worried about the weight, but the natural seasoning is flawless and it heats evenly with no hotspots. We've used it for everything from cornbread to searing steaks, and it just gets better with each meal.
