Got this set hoping the griddle would pull double duty for pancakes and smash burgers, and it’s been perfect for both. The heat retention is exactly what I wanted—everything stays hot even after I load the pan up.
The skillet heats up beautifully and holds temperature even when I pile in a batch of meat, and the grill pan has become my go-to for weeknight chicken. Only wish the set came with a lid, but the seasoning held up well through the first few washes.
The grill pan’s ridges put a proper sear on chicken thighs without me having to babysit the heat, and cleanup was just a quick scrub. I do wish the set came with a lid, but the three pieces cover most of what I cook on a weekly basis.
