The Tennessee imprint on the handle is a nice touch, and the pre-seasoned surface was ready to cook right out of the box. I've been using it for cornbread and it's already developing a great non-stick patina.
The pan heats up so evenly across the entire surface—I made cornbread with a perfect golden crust. The Tennessee engraving on the handle is a nice touch that makes it feel like a collector’s piece.
