Timothy ★★★★★

The weight of this cast iron press is perfect—it sits on the steak and you can hear that immediate sizzle. My pork chops came out with a crust I usually only get at a steakhouse, and the heat retention kept it working even after I flipped the meat.

I was skeptical my chicken thighs would get that crispy skin without a grill, but this press flattened them perfectly and the cast iron held heat like a champ. A few extra minutes of resting after searing and the pork chops came out juicy, not dry. Solid buy for anyone wanting restaurant-style crust

The cast iron heats up evenly and stays hot long enough that I can press two steaks back-to-back without losing the sear. My chicken thighs came out with those perfect grill marks and crispy edges, just like I wanted.
