Made a batch of focaccia last night and the crust came out perfectly crispy thanks to the cast iron holding steady at 450°F. This pan really does handle everything from cookies to roasted veggies without warping.
I was skeptical at first, but this pan handles everything from cookies to roasted veggies without a single warp. The cast iron feels sturdy and the even heating made my focaccia come out perfectly crisp on the bottom.
The cast iron heats so evenly that my cookies came out perfectly golden on their first try, and the pan didn't warp at all despite the high oven temp. I've already used it for roasting veggies and it's quickly become my go-to for just about everything.
