The extra room means I can brown a whole chicken and still have space to tuck in vegetables for a one-pan dinner. The lid traps the heat beautifully, and the naturally seasoned surface needed zero fussing on the first use — cleanup was just a quick wipe.
I was worried the lid wouldn't fit well, but it seals perfectly to keep moisture in. The handle stays cool enough to grip comfortably, and the seasoning was ready to use right out of the box.
