American Road Trip: 12-tums kryddad gjutjärnspanna, Delaware

Cooked my first cornbread in the Delaware skillet last night and the seasoning held up perfectly, no sticking at all. The 12-inch size is roomy enough for a full batch, and the weight feels substantial without being too heavy to handle.

This skillet is beautifully weighted and feels solid in my hand, not flimsy like some cheaper pans I've used. The Delaware etching is a nice touch that gives it a bit of character on the stovetop. It's already become my go-to for searing steaks.
