Celebrate the Constitution State with a special edition Connecticut skillet! This pan is part of our American Road Trip series, and takes you on a tour of your favorite states. Grab a slice in New Haven, pick crunchy apples at a beloved orchard, and go (way) back in history when you visit the fossilized dinosaur trackways of the Connecticut River Valley. Look closely to find Connecticut’s state bird, the Robin; an acorn in honor of the state tree, the Charter Oak; and a cluster of grapes nodding to the state’s seal.
