My first batch of cornbread came out perfectly golden and slid right out, which I attribute to the heavy cast iron holding steady heat. The pan's thickness really does prevent warping even at 425°F.

I’ve been using this pan for banana bread and the even heat distribution gives it a perfect crust without any burnt spots. The heavy cast iron feels solid and doesn’t warp at all in the oven. Cleanup is easy with just a quick rinse and dry.

Makes perfect sandwich loaves with that crispy, golden crust I could never get from my old aluminum pan, and the even heat means no more burnt edges. It’s heavier than I expected, but the seasoning was slick right out of the box for my first bake.
