The pan handles heat so evenly that my cornbread browns perfectly every time, and it’s noticeably lighter than my old cast iron. Cleanup is a breeze with that pre-seasoned surface, which has held up great through daily use.

The triple-seasoned surface really is noticeably different—eggs slid right off on first use. It’s lighter than my old skillet, but still feels solid and heats perfectly evenly across the bottom.

Finally got around to cooking with this set and the heat retention is no joke — my stew stayed bubbling for ages after I turned the burner off. The handles are actually comfortable to grip even with oven mitts on, which surprised me.
