Deze siliconen handgreephouders zijn gemaakt om te passen op ingebrande koolstofstalen koekenpannen en zijn net zo stevig als ze er goed uitzien. Ze kunnen de hitte in elke keuken aan tot 260°C.
I was a little worried they'd slide around, but they grip the seasoned handles so well you'd think they were made for them. And 500°F is way more than enough for any stovetop searing I do. My hands haven't been burned once since these arrived.
These things have survived daily cooking plus a few accidental drops into a hot oven, and they still look brand new. The grip is solid enough that I can confidently toss my pan one-handed without worrying about it sliding off.
The silicone grips slide on snugly over my seasoned handle, and even after an hour on a hot burner they stay cool to the touch. Hit 500°F during a sear and there was zero give or smell. These are exactly what my carbon steel pan needed.
