Baked a mini loaf in it this morning and the raised Power Y actually stamped a crisp, clean impression right into the crust. The 5-inch size is perfect for a single cornbread or a personal skillet cookie, and the seasoning held up beautifully with zero sticking.
I needed a small skillet for camping, and this one's pre-seasoned surface was ready to go right out of the box. The raised Power Y pattern on the bottom baked a nice image into my cornbread, though it could be deeper for a sharper imprint. Perfect for single portions over a campfire.
I love how the raised Y pattern actually transfers onto dinner rolls—makes a simple loaf look impressive. Heats up evenly and feels solid in the hand, perfect for camping or a tabletop bread service.
