Baked a cornbread wreath for Christmas brunch and the tree and star shapes came out so crisp you could see every branch detail. The pre-seasoned surface released it without a single stuck spot, and cleanup took less than a minute with just a paper towel. This one’s staying out on the stove year-roun

The pan's heft is perfect for even heat distribution, and my cornbread came out with a beautifully crisp, golden wreath shape. Cleanup was a breeze since the seasoned surface is so non-stick out of the box.

I was worried the wreath shape would be tricky to get even browning, but the cast iron distributes heat beautifully so every branch detail came out perfectly crispy. I've already used it twice this week.
