Amelia ★★★★★

I wasn't sure about cast iron maintenance, but the naturally seasoned surface was ready to go out of the box and hasn't stuck a thing since. The spatula-friendly sidewalls make flipping eggs feel effortless.

I’ve been using these skillets for a week and the heat retention is amazing—food stays hot long after I pull it off the burner. The seasoned surface is already giving me a natural non-stick feel for eggs and fish.

Riley ★★★★★

The sidewalls are perfectly angled for flipping, and the handles stay cool enough to grip comfortably. I've been using them every night for a week now, and the seasoning is already building up nicely.
