The triple-seasoning is the real deal—eggs slide right off after a month of daily use, and it's noticeably lighter than my old skillet without losing any heat retention. Dinner prep feels less like a workout now, honestly.
I was skeptical about lightweight cast iron, but this pan heats evenly and holds temperature beautifully. The handle stays cool enough to grip without a mitt, which makes flipping pancakes a breeze.
I was surprised by how much easier this skillet is to handle compared to my old cast iron—the weight difference is real. The heat retention stays steady even when I add cold ingredients, so searing comes out perfect every time.
