Set de Fajitas

The platter held heat like a champ through the whole meal—last tortilla still came off sizzling. Cast iron feels properly hefty, and it’s clearly been seasoned right, so cleanup was just a quick wipe after it cooled. Definitely grabbing another for our next taco night.

The naturally seasoned surface means I didn’t have to fuss with oiling it before the first cook. My chicken and peppers came off with a perfect sear, and the platter stayed hot long after I set it on the table.

The seasoning on this thing is perfect right out of the box—my chicken strips sizzled without a hint of sticking. I love that I can take it straight from the stovetop to the table, and the heat retention kept everything hot through the whole meal.
