I was pleasantly surprised at how lightweight it feels despite being cast iron, and the dishwasher-safe claim is spot-on after a month of daily use. No rust spots at all.

The heat treatment really works—I’ve run this through the dishwasher three times already and there’s zero rust. It’s surprisingly compact but holds just enough water for a few cups of tea.

Took one of these to work and it survived the restaurant dishwasher cycle with no problems—the heat treatment really works. The pour spout is a nice size for serving tea without dripping everywhere. Solid little kettle that feels like it’ll last.
