The grooves on my grill pan are the worst to clean, but these scrapers slide right through them and lift the charred bits without scratching the surface. The polycarbonate is sturdy enough that I’ve used one for months and it hasn’t warped or snapped.

The angled tip digs into the grooves without scratching the pan, and the handle stays grippy even when my hands are slick with oil. After one pass, the stuck-on cheese came off in strips instead of me scrubbing for ten minutes.
