The moose handle is such a fun touch, and the cast iron heats so evenly that my pancakes came out perfect on the first try. It's heavy, but that's exactly what you want for a griddle that holds its temperature while cooking a big breakfast outside.
The seasoning is flawless right out of the box—my first batch of pancakes didn't stick at all, and the heat stays even across the whole 10.5 inches. It's heavy enough that I don't worry about it warping, and cleanup took just a minute with hot water and a brush. Perfect for camp mornings.
The moose-shaped handle is such a fun touch, and the naturally seasoned surface meant I could start cooking bacon right away without any fuss. It’s held up beautifully over a few camping trips, and cleanup is just a quick wipe.
