The seasoning on this pan is flawless straight out of the box—no need to fuss with oiling it first. I've cooked chicken and veggies on it every night this week, and it holds heat like a champ, searing everything evenly. My kitchen smells like a backyard cookout, minus the smoke detector going off.
Love that this grill pan came pre-seasoned – no fussing with oil before first use. The cast iron feels incredibly solid, and it's already giving perfect grill marks on chicken thighs.
The preseasoned surface was ready for steaks right out of the box, no fussing with oil. Even heat across the whole pan gave me perfect grill marks without any hot spots.
