Used mine for the first time last night and the crust came out perfectly crisp, no warping even after cranking the oven to 500°F. The natural seasoning gives it a great non-stick surface from the get-go.
Preheated mine for a solid 30 minutes and the bottom of my dough got that perfect golden-brown crisp I’ve been chasing—no soggy center at all. The seasoning is still holding up after three uses, and cleanup was just a quick wipe with a paper towel.
I slid a pizza onto this pan and the crust came out perfectly crisp, not a hint of sogginess. The 15-inch size fits a standard oven rack with room to spare.
