Swapped out my old cast iron for this one and the difference is noticeable right away—it heats up faster and the surface is much smoother. Made a full batch of pancakes without a single sticky spot. This griddle handles two burners perfectly, and the lighter weight makes it much easier to maneuver
I’ve been using this griddle for weekend pancakes and the heat distribution is fantastic—no more hot spots. And despite being cast iron, it’s actually easy to lift and flip.
The triple-seasoned surface really is non-stick from the first use—eggs slid right off without any oil. And despite being cast iron, it's light enough that I can flip it over the sink to rinse without straining my wrists.
